Nearly always logs me out as soon as I try to submit my order, clearing the cart, wasting my time and forcing me to add everything all over again, or just give up up and order from a place with a usable app, which is what usually ends up being the case. They've lost a lot of my custom as a result. Has even logged me out between paying and finalising the order before, resulting in me paying and getting nothing. And on top of that it doesn't even remember my login details.

Initially I was happy to use the new app. However, I wanted to select pickup and despite numerous attempts, it kept marking it for delivery. I tried removing my address and only having the store as a preference on my account and it still said it was for delivery. Also I tried to use coupons (I tried different codes to find one that worked) but none of them did. Went back to the old app, cause even though it's not great either, at least it works - my coupon worked on the old app too!

The app is as annoying as any other food related app!!! Everything works fine until it asks you to login. Then it loses all the previous orders you made "without" and account. And it will crash constantly. But if you don't log in the prompts to login are just as annoying as ads!!! AND it logs out when you get out of the app... WHY???? The security is overboard!! It's pizza!!! C'mon dudes! Pizzahut used to be #1. Now the only thing saving you are those cookies! Soz but it's true.
