You need to state in the advertisement or before the app is installed that it isn't free. After we go through numerous steps, and you collect a lot of photos and profile details, and approve everything, we only then realize we have to pay a significant amount of money just to access the app. متاسفانه اصلا این اپ رایگان نیست حتی برای شروع یا برای یک روز ، از ابتدا باید اشتراک بخرید.

I have a problem with the profile photo verification. Ginger keeps saying that my photos are low quality, but they are actually clear and high-resolution. None of my photos are AI-generated, and I even took a brand-new photo directly with my phone's camera, without any filters or editing. I tried several different photos and changed the order, but none of them were accepted. Please fix this issue.

Stupid verification system. every time I try to verify my identity, it says that the photo quality is too low, even though my photos are high-quality and perfectly clear. Because of this issue, I can’t use the app at all.
