scam site... it's frozen my money in a random coin and won't allow me to sale the coins and withdraw. Update: I have been in contact with customer service for a week and half now and I'm told 1 excuse after another as to why FEC coins won't sale. No other trading platforms have ever had issues with processing the transactions instantly. I've been in contact with customer service constantly and they have done nothing to help sell FEC, and now FEC has been removed. my wallet still shows FEC

stupid customer service, funds were sent to my wallet, I verified it with bsc scan, I'm still yet to receive it after more than 24 hours, complained both on live chat and sent an email and yet to receive a reply for more than 24 hours. even if you're in a wind down, you didn't inform your clients with a simple email or in app notifications. this is clearly a criminal behaviour.

the exchange had been doing fine but since on the 29th of July it hasn't been functioning. The app isn't opening, if by luck it thus they aren't allowing withdrawal of funds, once you initiate the process in a while you receive a message on reversal of funds. this isn't nice, please work on it
