The worst crypto app out there. Their fees are outrageous, up to 20%. Not only that, but they had a glitch in their system and they blamed it on the customer: it showed a totally different location in their system than mine. They locked and closed my account after I provided them with all documents requested. Their customer service is worst, they only respond through email and they take forever to respond. I would stay away from this thieves. It's been weeks and I still did not get my funds

used to be reliable but latest transaction failed. customer support could not explain why, stole the fees associated to the crypto exchange, and made a very simple transaction that I have made previously several times a major pain. would not trust going forward
