Imou Life is the companion app for Imou video doorbells, door stations, cameras, sensors and NVRs. When a visitor presses your doorbell, your phone rings with an incoming video call. Answer it to see who is at the door and talk to them right away, wherever you are.

Imou Life also lets you watch live video from your Imou cameras, play back recordings, and manage notifications, cloud storage and device settings.

I have been using the IMOU Ranger 2 camera at my office for the past 3 years. Until recently, the software was working perfectly and sending notifications properly. However, after the latest update, it has started behaving strangely. Sometimes it doesn’t send notifications, and I also have trouble viewing the live feed. I have to turn my mobile data off and on again, and then it starts working. But if I suddenly open the app to check the camera, the live view often doesn’t work. Why is this?

App performance on mobile data is very poor. Just doesn't play immediately. Keeps buffering. On WiFi it works great but even on my 5G network it's very poor performance. Also why does the app keep giving the pop up playing on cellular network. It's very irritating. Once we have allowed to play on cellular network pls stop the pop up. Mobile data is now cheaper than WiFi. Pls improve the app performance on mobile cellular network. It's just awful currently.

Terrible app! It worked perfectly for a few weeks, but now I'm unable to get past the login due to 'unknown error'. I believe the App wont let me sign in as it thinks there is an issue with my Region. Tried clear cache and reinstall etc... but the same, so now the App and Camera are utterly useless!!!!
