Ratings and reviews

After using the app for a month, suddenly PBS can't tell that I'm an adult. Google knows my age and my credit card number, so why can't PBS figure it out? And why, after a month of use, did it suddenly change? Of course, it gives no alternatives or guidance, so like so many "help desks" it's totally useless. No way to log in or reach out for help.

my problem lies PBS subscription for their 5 dollor passport. i got the passport subscription a couple of months ago starting in February. when I was done watching the "Power Trip". I contacted PBS directly through phone number to cancel my passport subscription. this was in may when I did it. Unfortunately I still got charged, so I reached out again a month later, however I still got charged. the app works great for me but I am disappointed with PBS service🙁. Make subscription easier to cancel

PBS has the most comprehensive, laudable, enjoyable news coverage and programming available, bar none. I never watch any other channels except in emergency situations. Thank you, PBS. BTW, I hope that the momentary outage from NC is due to my faulty antenna, the weather, or some other fluke. I am intercepting SC, but NC is far superior and more to my liking.
