Acquired by Shell, paying the same price but less functionality. Also the support is horrible. Stated it would take 2 days, but we're 30 days later and ticket is still on 'open'. Same issue with a lot of colleagues. I can't recommend the app, services and the company behind it. Update: It's baffling you're suggesting to contact you via the app while tickets remain unanswered. Next to that, tickets that are open for months are just put on 'closed' without any contact.

Extremely slow app. Charging points appear and disappear depending on the zoom level of the map. A lot of times when you click on a charging station, it just says 'undefined'. How am I supposed to plan a trip with this? Also no history of charging sessions available. So you're essentially blind regarding your energy consumption.

very disappointed with lack of service, my charge point hardly functioning after migration, app does not work correctly and very difficult to contact the service. I wonder if any humans work there and eventually call me to get the issues solved.
