I have paid for a subscription but can't get it to work on my PC. It works on my phone. I dont remember my password and can't reset it as it shows it has been blocked. However it then says "contact us" but there doesn't seen to be any way of actually contacting anyone. The adblocker has been new and improved so now it's not blocking any ads. Really frustrating!!!!

I've been a long-term customer and would previously have awarded 5 stars. However, in the latest update, TotalAV have enforced allowing total control of your devices if you wish to continue using features like Webshield. Sneaky and completely unacceptable. I have tried to send an email to customer support, asking for an explanation, but it just redirects to a bot. I expect better of TotalAV than this.

I cannot connect to anyone to cancel this trial! My card got locked for a fraud report! I have done all that had been said and all I can do now is to Uninstall it! But, finally my messages were answered. Total AV came through & said they will issue me a refund. It's just unfortunate for me having to deal with a new debit card & all that follows that. Note on 8/1/24 if you could make more of those 'extra' services included, plus not exorbitant fees with each separate service. s/b all included!
