I have spent an hour trying to cancel my subscription, this is how difficult this is. The legitimacy is highly questionable. The website will have you go in circles, it gives you false information for ways to cancel that are not available. It list instructions: go to my subscription, services, cancel, these are not available options on the website. I was charged 14.99 the second month without notification and a day ahead of my subscription date. I thought this was a Google associated company my

A literal nightmare. Worst decision made to buy Microsoft 365 Basic. It totally messed up my Outlook, froze my photos after downloading them so I can no longer save photos, Chat service is useless in helping fix what was messed up. At a loss of what to do...constant reminds and deadline to fix but it only wants me to buy more stuff. Never again!

seems to be a fraudulent entity!! I'd be super cautious of downloading this.. I discovered I was being charged 9.99$ for "more cloud storage"!! I don't recall ever downloading this app, much less given them permission to set up auto pay of 9.99$ per month from my account!! can't open the app because it's not an option!! the only options are to uninstall and enable.. I'm hesitant to even do, but given the fact there doesn't seem to be another way to access it..by the sounds of it they're fake
