The 1 star is for the app. Not the instructors. The app just doesn't allow me to download the courses I bought. Every time I download the app will crash. We need better options for downloading other than mobile devices. Some courses take up 70gb of space. Much better suited for PC downloading. Allow us a desktop app. Update, I have emailed support and got told there is nothing they can do. Its a damn shame they don't care to fix the issue!

Great application and my favorite Learning place. I have an issue with the mobile app tough. I can not login with email and password , neither with Google authentication. I can't place my password on the input, it is hidden. And Google authentication is returning an error. I don't have this issue with the browse/web version. I will give 5 stars after you fix abovementioned bug.

I’ve been facing serious video playback issues on Udemy for several days. On my mobile phone, videos keep buffering every few seconds, while on my laptop, videos frequently stop playing and sometimes show an error saying: “We tried several times to play your video, but there was an unforeseen error.
