There is so much problem in transaction policies. I had recently enrolled in one of the courses here. I had set autopay options and I have the required amount for the course but it is continuously showing Transaction failed in the app. This is such a problematic situation, I can't even do the course since it is showing transaction failure no matter what kind of payment method I am choosing.

Love Coursera! Really affordable way to upskill from top university courses 😊 My only criticism is for the laptop version of the website, the LLM chat should not automatically appear every time you open the page of a course you're interested in (like the mobile version). There should also be an option in settings to turn off the LLM chat feature entirely, since many users find it unnecessary.

For the most part I'm diggin' the app!! I have been able to take a complete Medical Terminology course for free!! WITHOUT paying 1 nickel, no dimes, definitely no quarters and no bucks!! This is the ONLY course I found that I can take all modules for the course. Other courses only offer 1 module for free😒🙄😮‍💨 When I pass this course I will be receiving a certificate, that's when I have to cough up the cash to pay for the certificate. I'll update my review when I accomplish this.
