This app is a real shame for such a great and essential service. The location picker is practically broken, it often won't even register a location, and if it does it takes minutes to load the correct address. Even worse, submitting requests fails the majority of the time, it just keeps spinning and forces me onto the 311 website which performs significantly better. How many requests are missed because the app can't handle submitting them? Completely unnacceptable and not accessible, fix this

The app is really good when it works! The biggest issue is the address location tool... more often than not, incorrectly pinpoint the wrong location you're at! It puts you next door; across the street, or simply doesn't load at all. When you try to correct it by manually entering your address, it always reverts back to the incorrect address, and you have to call in your complaint or log out and try again. It is a great way to log a complaint that doesn't require immediate attention, though.

Location doesn't update properly in the app anymore. It used to work fine but now it doesn't want to put the location at the center of the selector. Or rather it seems to take 2+ min for it to catch up to where the cursor is moving. Can't type an address manually either. Please fix the location issue. The rest works well for reporting. I attempted to email the address given in the app (& here) to report the bug and got a bounce back saying it's not monitored; that should be updated as well.
