With YNCU Connect you can:
• View your account activity and recent transactions
• Use Interac® e-Transfer to send money securely via email or text
• Transfer money between your accounts or to other Credit Union members
• Choose to display your balances onscreen without having to log in
• Get messages about your account straight to your phone
• Manage multiple accounts
• Pay bills now or set up payments for the future
• View and edit upcoming bills and transfers on scheduled payments
• Visit us using the Branch/ATM locator with your phone’s GPS

To get all the features of this app, you must be registered for Online Banking, and be logged in on a mobile device. If you’re not registered for Online Banking, you can still use the Branch/ATM locator, Rates and our Contact Us information.
There is no charge for the app but mobile data downloading and Internet charges may apply; check with your mobile phone provider for details.
Your security is our priority, so our mobile banking app uses the same level of secure protection as our full Online Banking website. You log in with the same membership details and once you log out or close the app, your secure session will end.

I'm getting less and less confident in using this App. Frequently I get error messages when trying to log in saying the service is unavailable even though they do inform you of downtimes and it's not that time, or when I hit the login button it doesn't connect. Also sometimes when I'm trying to pay a bill or transfer money to another account, after I select the account I want it will all of a sudden flash and reset the app. I frequently check for updates in case that's the issue.

Update: When I open the app it sits at a blank white screen for about 2 minutes before loading. This only happens the first time I open it that day - on subsequent opens it is quick. Can you fix? Love that I can take a pic of a cheque to deposit it, rather than having to go to a branch. Not having any of the connectivity issues that others are reporting - it has been stable and reliable for me.

I do enjoy the app but there's some obvious glitches. It often tells me the service isn't available the first time I try to login and when I try immediately after it let's me in without issue. And I really wish it had biometric access. Even my Costco app let's me in with a fingerprint. I think my main banking app could do the same.
