The MyMazda App makes your Mazda ownership experience simpler and more convenient than ever. The app allows you to:
- Register your Mazda vehicle(s) to make online service appointments
- Locate nearby Mazda dealerships
- Download owner’s manuals and guides
- Stay up to date with recalls
- Remote Engine Start / Stop*
- Remote Door Lock / Unlock*
- Monitor vehicle health*
- Receive vehicle status alerts*

*Connected vehicle service is available for a 2 year trial period from your vehicle’s in-service date; a paid subscription is required upon expiry of the trial period. Requires MyMazda App (on a compatible smartphone), a working vehicle electrical system (including battery), wireless coverage and GPS satellite signal. Services, connectivity and capabilities vary by conditions as well as geographical and technical restrictions.

Ratings and reviews

Doesn't work a lot of the time. Does not have the ability to turn on climate control which would be nice if you remote start in the winter. Car turns off as soon as you open the door once you do remote start which defeats the purpose. Helpful to show information about the car but features like remote start should be on your key fob and not behind an app you have to pay for. Won't be renewing my app subscription once the free portion is up.

Mazda has the worst vehicle app I've ever used, you have to pull to refresh in 3 different screens to get the updated status of your vehicle, and even by doing that, it's very likely you will not get the latest status. Takes forever to update the data, you cannot set any kind of alert or charging schedules or climate schedules through the app, something that other apps are already doing 3 years ago

Simple intuitive design on the app which is the only good thing I have to say about it. Remote start works on maybe 50% of attempts to start it. Roadside assistance button just forwards to a link in the Play store for an app that I can't download because "it was made for an older version of Android". "Door unlocked" notifications arrive 20 minutes after I've left my car, only for me to go out to my car and discover it's actually locked. I will not be paying for this once my trial ends.
