Remote ID didn't work! I sent a request to one of my other email addresses, and tried to upload my DL. The camera in the program didn't focus on the drivers license, and after trying again and again for 30 min, I gave up. I can take a picture of it with my camera and it's super clear, but try it through this program and it keeps rejecting it because it's not clear.

If it would scan easier from a photo it would make this app perfect. I have out of town clients send me photos of their passport or drivers license, exactly the way it should be done, and its hit and miss with being able to scan the document. Other than that it is definitely a time saver.

Was great when it worked, but as of the last month or so just crashes immediately anytime I try to open it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times but it's effectively unusable now due to the constant and unavoidable crashes. Seriously, fix your broken app!
