Shipments take forever. Quality isn't what it used to be. "Personalized" showroom isn't based on shopping habits or any details provided, including size. Now skip the month is missing from the app, and I got charged because there was no way to skip and customer service didn't respond. If you can find your size anywhere else, I would suggest skipping Adore Me.

The app started out great, but now I'm getting random, blank push notifications in the middle of the night, every single night. I appreciate the notifications to tell me my show room is ready, but I really dislike being woken up at 3am by an app trying to convince me to buy new lingerie. Adore Me products are great quality and their prices are fair, but make sure you silence their notifucations if you don't want your sleep disturbed by an underwear store.

Wonderful, I haven't used them in a bit, but when I did, they have an amazing loyalty program with their VIP buy5 get 6th for free, I believe? You don't actually have to pay the vip just log in once a month. Their customer service is fantastic, I bought the wrong sizes , couldn't download the return paper, they told me to keep them, and they sent 3 vouchers for 3 free bras in the right size. Very understanding ppl, amazing variety for all people. Great for plus sized ppl cute, and good prices💜
