This app use to be flawless, but now I don't ever receive notifications on the status of my packages delivery. This can be very frustrating when running a small business. I've tried clearing my cache, Uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but nothing fixed it. I never get notifications on any delivery status anymore. edit since my last 2023 review: still not receiving any push notifications regarding delivery status. This app is broken. please fix it.

Could be so good, but just unreliable. I eventually was able to sign up for MyMail, after a trip to the post office, even though I've had parcel tracking for years. Worked ok for a while, but now no push notifications, only email notifications work. And yes, all permissions are set correctly.

USELESS, I can't log in in the app but I can on the site with the exact same credentials. Copied and pasted even. It has locked me out two times and I called customer service who unlocked it and I have changed the password about five times. I changed the password on the site and in the app in case there is an issue with separate platforms but it didn't work and it locked me out third time. Uninstalling as I don't really see the advantage to the app and We can still use the site if needed
