This app use to be flawless, but now I don't ever receive notifications on the status of my packages delivery. This can be very frustrating when running a small business. I've tried clearing my cache, Uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but nothing fixed it. I never get notifications on any delivery status anymore. edit since my last 2023 review: still not receiving any push notifications regarding delivery status. This app is broken. please fix it.

This is a horrible app. Not only does it not update properly, but now they've begun incorporating ads into the tracking screen. Also, when you delete tracking information, it keeps coming back and you have to delete it multiple times. You get notifications that items are out for delivery but when you check the app, they still show processing. I think I'll stick with my parcels app, this is junk.

The app is great on many aspects and offers a lot of features, but the addition of large ads, even if they are your own, is obnoxious, especially in the tracking section where it takes about a 3rd of the screen. Also, push notifications gives you updates that take way longer to appear within the application itself, even if you refresh the page. Those two elements are pushing me towards 3rd party alternatives. Smaller banner-style ads like those on the home section would be less anoying.
