Unintelligible app. I just want to order a burger to pick up as I will be driving by one of the locations near where I will be at noon. It is insisting that it needs my current location even though I'm not wanting a delivery!! Just let me specify which location I want to order from and what time I want to pick it up. So annoying. I've been trying to place my order for over an hour.

does not allow passwords that work in the password reset process and the website version to be entered, claiming they are an invalid password because they contain a special character - even though the chosen special characters, in this case dashes '-', work perfectly fine otherwise and isn't a particularly nefarious character. '-- drop table reviews; incompetent.

I'm just wanting Five Guys to fix their App b/c if I place a pickup order (*NOT a delivery order) it still says that the tip would go to the delivery driver (*there is no delivery driver in this context, except myself, who's picking up the order). This needs to be fixed so that the tips go to the restaurant workers (*and IF THEY ALREADY get this tip, the APP STILL needs to fixed to actually say this, regarding the pickup order option); I want to tip the staff, not the "ether"; Thanks!
