Super easy to use and intuitive interface. Don't use it, it's a trap. The fees are artificially huge. If you sell an entire bitcoin for 43k, they're going to charge you close to 700 dollars in fees. Theyllbdong you about the same on a purchase as well. You can five them over a thousand bucks in fres for just two purchases. Why? Steer clear and either use their pro trading platform, better yet just use an exchange that doesn't gouge their customers unapologetically.

The app has useful features and interface, BUT... It keeps telling me to sign in and create a pin over and over again every time i open it. ONE TIME creating a pin should be ok (which is normal for most finance apps), but when you have to do it every single time, and take extra 3 steps and 5 mins just to open the app, it's really really annoying! It also seems to forget my preferences every time i choose the app (for example, i have to set the dark theme every time i log in)!

I opened a brand new account, got the temp limit to use, but when I received my actual card in the mail I couldn't use it because they froze/suspended it. I have called 3 times in the last week to have it fixed but they don't seem like they doing anything about it. I have sent them proof in and nothing... how long did it take others to get their cards unfrozen/suspended?? just so I'll know what to possibly expect.
