Ratings and reviews

The ads are ridiculous. They pop up everywhere, usually after a delay, and they've changed the UX so that if you initiate a drag to scroll on an ad (which may not have been there a fraction of a second ago), it acts as if you've clicked on the ad and forwards you to your browser. Horrendous experience and makes the app nearly useless.

While I find that the forecasts are usually pretty accurate, and the layout is easy to use I have an issue with the ads that are used in the app as they definitely appear to be viruses (seeing that they try to get you to click links and buttons with urgency). This is concerning as while I have the ability to discern this there are young people who may wander onto the app on their parents phone or have this app could be taken advantage of.

It has become absolutely overrun by advertisements. full screen Ads that stop you right in the middle of what you're looking at. Ads right in the middle of sections of their own content, breaking it up for no reason whatsoever. Ads that seem to magically appear right underneath your thumb while you're trying to scroll, taking you to Amazon. Checking the weather on this app has become an absolute chore. They have definitely crossed the line at this point.
