the AI or App doesn't hear my pronunciation clearly; sometimes it says something that I didn't say. also, the English transliteration and the AI reading of the transliteration don't match how the transliteration is written so when I go to read the transliteration the AI says I'm not pronouncing it right; all this has improved alot it use to be pretty bad up until a month or so ago. so keep at it, it's getting better.

i liked it when I first downloaded it. I noticed there's glitch and bug, and sometimes the app doesnt even pick up what you speak. Theres also no streak freeze either. Then I noticed I'm unable to change email, and Pingo AI just logged me out. I had about 143 days streak on it but unfortunately it's all gone because I lost access to the email address I created Pingo AI with. Support was nice but not much they can do.

Great concept, poor technical execution. I speak basic German and started the L3 course but the app had such a hard time understanding me that it was extremely frustrating to use. I know my pronunciation isn't perfect, but it's definitely good enough that fluent speakers can understand me. The speech recognition built in to this app is very poor for German.
