How to launch GalleryVault if GalleryVault is hidden?
You can try one of the following methods:
1. Use your device's built-in browser to visit this page: http://open.thinkyeah.com/gv.
2. Tap the "Manage Space" button on the System App Detail Info page of Gallery Vault (System Setting->Apps->GalleryVault)

What can I do if I forgot my passcode?
Please find the latest mail we send to you (by searching the keyword thinkyeah in your mailbox), and follow the steps in the mail to reset your passcode.
If you cannot find the mail, you can send another one by the following steps:
1. Launch Gallery Vault locking page.
If your icon is hidden, tap the "Manage Space" button on the System App Detail Info page of Gallery Vault (System Setting->Apps->GalleryVault).
2. Try to unlock and fail 2 times, then a Forgot button will show.
3. Tap the "Forgot" button and tap the "Resend Auth Email" button in the dialog.

I purchased the pro key several months ago, and now it's saying I don't have an authentic version contact support. But they haven't answered me, it's been several months now Edit: From 1 to 5 star. Customer Service help resolve the issue. Plus the app seems smoother and no bugs that I found. I would suggest one improvement; being able to select which files, videos, images, or folders to sync with the backup. Right now, it backs everything up.

Update: It's been almost 10 days since I sent in screenshots. Still no update on progress. Looks like I'm not the only one to face this problem based on other reviews. Still hoping it will be recovered. Will keep updating as things happen. 2 stars so far as I'm assuming some effort being made. I know they are busy fixing everyone else's missing files and problems. If they fix this, I will 5 stars.

UPDATE I followed the instructions you provided about using Win RAR. I was able to recover some pictures but not all - 20-30%. Still a lot missing. Maybe not all the files could be repaired. Any update on fixing the problem with invalid backup file? ------------------ Invalid Backup File - No help from Support I did a backup using gv and when I try to restore it says that the backup file is invalid. Very frustrating! If it doesn't get resolved, I've lost all my pictures.
