Despite filling out my profile completely, it pesters me with job recommendations which in no way shape or form relate to my interests, qualifications, or experience. The most ridiculous recommendation was not only for a job I was in no way qualified for, but, it was in a completely different country. I have yet to receive one notification worth looking at. Fill out the profile to tailor recommendations, and get nothing but bulk nonsense in return.

I really like ZipRecruiter over LinkedIn and Indeed. It's easy enough to apply for jobs, and I've been getting alot more requests for interviews too. The design can benefit from a few tweaks, such as reporting Canadian denomination, withdraw an application, etc. Overall, I'm fairly satisfied with using ZipRecruiter and will definitely be using it again in the future if needed be (hopefully not).

Nice interface, poor functionality. Canadians speak km, not miles. Presets have too great a difference. Got many ads for jobs that mean a $100 ferry fee, or moving; not an option. Worse, many aren't related to fields on my resume. Design, WebDev, delivery are not Engineer, or Sales rep. In months, only 1 or 2 ads fit. Tried click to inquire on salary, was contacted for interview, thanking me for applying; I didn't. What did they receive?? Overall, off-putting, time and bandwidth waster. I'm out.
