DISCOVER DETAILS OF OUR READING PROGRAM

1️⃣ LEARNING LETTERS
Your child will develop a strong foundation in letter recognition, letter-sound knowledge, and other pre-reading skills. You will guide them as they practice writing letters, develop phonemic awareness, and deepen their understanding of letter sounds through interactive games.

2️⃣ BLENDING LETTERS
In this phase, your kid will use their knowledge of letter-sounds to begin blending letters together to read words. Your child will become adept at using our sound sliders to support them in decoding words with short vowel sounds and both slow & fast consonants.

3️⃣ READING BOOKS
Once your child has a foundation in word-blending skills, it’s time to read books! Together you will read fun and engaging stories, reveal hidden pictures, and check for understanding by answering comprehension questions.

4️⃣ ADVANCED DECODING
In this phase, your kid will learn about long vowel sounds, digraphs, and irregular sight words, as well as how to approach common types of punctuation.

5️⃣ READING FLUENCY
In this final phase of reading development, your child will learn to read smoothly and accurately by expanding their sight word knowledge, vocabulary, and exposure to more complex text.

,This program has been a great addition to my child's education, but only being allowed to have one lesson a day is frustrating. My child has ADHD but not being confined to 1 area and being able to move makes it impossible when she wants to do more. Otherwise the program is awesome!

This app is a game-changer! It helped my little one transition from loving books to reading stories independently. The ABC phonics song and sliding bars for letter-blending are brilliant for confidence. We loved the "baby steps" progression and the fun picture-scratching feature. I’d love to see more rhyming word activities and extra practice chapters added. Watching her read on her own for the first time was such a proud moment—highly recommended for early readers!

What a beautiful milestone — reading on her own for the first time! Thanks for calling out the sliding bars and phonics song specifically, and for the rhyming/extra practice suggestion. I'll pass it along. So glad the baby-steps approach worked for you both!

Overall I really like this app. It's helped our 6 year old sound out letters and words. My only issue is the alphabet song and other songs are so loud. But then the word sounds are so quiet, we can barely hear it. And that is with the tablet at full volume.
