Vodafone Cash isn't working in the app, and I can't access it for payments, balances, or any other cash transactions. It's as if that part is frozen! There's a glitch in the app preventing Vodafone Cash from functioning properly. Please fix this problem as soon as possible.

edit: did you read my message before responding ? ## For 2 months, the app randomly ignores touch input. Examples: ADSL payment: CVV box is unresponsive (keyboard won't appear). Vodafone Cash: Entirely unresponsive. Login page: Password box is unresponsive. I have cleared cache/data, reinstalled the app, and switched devices from an S22 Ultra to an S26 Ultra, but the bug persists. App version: 2026.8.4

You can also try clearing the app data: **Settings → Apps → Ana Vodafone → Storage → Clear Data**, then try the app again. 3. slow and there are many bugs The app is freezing and I can't enter the password. The outstanding invoices pop-up is fixed and the program's structure prevents any use.
