Ratings and reviews

Not working properly. I keep getting "Waiting for network" and "connecting" messages up top and yet, nothing works. Messages won't send or won't be received until I refresh the app at least 5 times, killing it off, or clearing cache and data. It's very annoying. All the permissions are set correctly, it's allowed access to data and isn't being optimised by the battery settings. No reason for it not to work. It's been awful since 2021. Just rebuild the app from scratch already.

Use the app constantly as one of my main comms. One bug I'd like to report. Often when receiving a video, and clicking on it to view, when the video is done im no longer able to scroll!! Only way around this is to close the app entirely, and reopen to be able to scroll again. Very annoying... please fix in an update! Using an android, Samsung s22 which is fully up to date.

Have to keep refreshing the app. Every time I use the app and come off it and then go back on a few minutes later it says "connecting" at the top of the page and I cannot send messages unless I close the app and restart it again. I don't have this issue on ios so it must be an Android specific issue with this app. Please investigate and fix it. Its being going on for months this problem. No update has fixed it.
