Ratings and reviews

Had some issues a while back and rated them low, but since those issues were fixed and haven't had problems since, I've adjusted the rating accordingly. Cant offer a 5 because of past issues and because some of the features I've enjoyed have just disappeared with no explanation (like the fun filters when in video call for example). But not bad for just keeping in touch with people.

Facebook messenger has been absolute garbage ever since they implemented the encrypted messaging. Multiple times a day I have to resend things, my message constantly just says "sending..." While it's already sent, and sometimes my whole app just blacks out and I can't do anything with it. Sure, you can force stop/restart/clear the cache for most of these things, but I'm having to do it multiple times a day? Please fix it.

I am getting really annoyed with the inability to watch previously sent videos in messenger. If you try to watch something, it will just load for hours, even with a 5 second video. If you try to download it, a pop-up message says "something went wrong, try again later." If you try to forward it, nothing happens. The app did not used to be like this, but I am becoming very frustrated with not being able to use what should be a simple function.
