The Pro version allows to have an unlimited number of tasks and to record an unlimited number of time entries. The Pro version also offers other useful features.

🔸 Working time model - keep track of working hours at all times. The current overtime and minus hours can be permanently calculated and displayed.
🔸 NFC tags can be written per task in the task edit dialog and then be used to start/stop time tracking.

Update 2025-01-02 Been using it for years Now it tells me I have too many projects and I need to pay. Free option has been limited to nigh-impossible use No more for me The tracking is great. Several projects with different tasks is no problem at all. The export however is different. Who doesn't have software, will get lines in Excel for each entry. But not neatly in different cells but one line in one cell. Makes it difficult to get it in nice shape. @answer: Thanks! I found it.

Update in 2026: Still has a great UI. I use it for all my work projects and I have about 2000 time entries per year. (I haven't tried the sync&team feature since 2023 though). In 2023 I said: "It's so easy to time multiple tasks and projects :). The sync method (which requires a subscription) is buggy though: often it does not sync the end of time entries, resulting in massively long time entries on other devices [and the correct length of the time entry is lost]."

This time tracker has some fairly unique features making it extremely versatile for different uses. It's been indispensable for many years now; unfortunately, I simply can't justify a monthly subscription for software that doesn't have any inherent recurring costs (e.g. storage space on their server). I would gladly pay $10 or so for each major version of an app like this every few years, and they recently had a revision that *should* have been released as a separate, new version.
