Ratings and reviews

The official app merge with Rover is going horribly. I opened the app this morning to a maintenance message and a few hours later asked to do an update the app store didn't acknowledge. I deleted and redownloaded the app, and now I cannot put it the number of pets to search for sitters nor log in. I was worried about this changing a good thing that I have been using to find trusted cat sitters for the last two years, and it seems that is the case.

Used the app as a cat sitter for multiple years. App itself seldom ever works the way it should (doesn't send/ show messages, double sends, crashes all the time), which is very detrimental when it comes to communicating with cat owners. Support either doesnt reply to emails at all, or provides late, unhelpful advice without ever fixing the issue. Would not recommend using this app or website for that matter. The people I used to catsit for through this app were all really nice though

It was a good app and was easy to use. Since Rover took over in April 2026, the user interface is a mess, not fitting the phone screen, inbox filters mess up the view and block screens, the booking requests screen does not show transparent price offers, there are fewer cat sitters available now, and there is no possibility to filter based on location (they will not travel 10 km twice per day, as the app suggests). Overall, very disappointing.
