Better Than Most Modern Sims! For a mobile game that costs far less than a AAA PC release, this game is smoother, the mechanics work properly and you have a lot of control to influence the city. The research tree is a nice touch allowing you to add density/supply/demand without having to rezone, it also allows you to manipulate you RCI mix in a fun way. It's no Cities Skyline, but then it works and you can build out a full city, so there's that. As a returning player from Pocket City 1 A+

An easy 5 stars for me. the one thing I hate are the mini games so I don't bother with them and have to turn down the quests involving them. as good as the game is, let's face it..the controls really suck when you're in the map playing as the mayor. so finding missing school kids in 130 seconds and getting them back to school is a hard pass. idk where the school is when I'm on ground level. I prefer the sandbox mode anyway because as is the case in life, there's never enough money coming in

This is a great city building and exploring game that'll easily scratch your SimCity itch if you have one. Well worth the price! Plenty to keep you busy, including a free roam which was a nice bonus! The game plays smoothly and although it is nice to have a game like this in portrait mode for easy playing in any situation, it would be nice to have a landscape option. That doesn't ruin the game at all though! If you're not sure, pick up the first version which is cheaper to get a feeling for it.
