Ratings and reviews

Great that potential buyers can use this app to leave feedback, but what about those of us who are sellers? Recently, I had a showing of my condo that netted some great feedback from the buyers, but...'my client wants a townhouse. Good luck to you'! While it's possible that they didn't mention this beforehand, I think it's more likely that their agent DID know what they wanted and completely wasted my time prepping the unit for showing. Ridiculous...

Very useful app. Very easy to follow. I would give 5 star but I do not like that you can not review the people who is requesting the showing. I had bad experiences with some of the showings, like they don't leave my house locked or the blinds are fully open or even moving stuff around... I think is important to review them, realtors needs to do a good job and leave the house exactly as they found it, and if they don't do it then they shouldn't be authorized to do showings.

Room for improvement... A huge boon for this app would be to do an API call or something so you can add these showings to your calendar, whether it's Google calendar or iCal. A lot of other apps do this, I can't imagine it would be that hard. I'm copying these showings in manually, and it just seems so redundant and unnecessary.
