The RSC+ app allows users to control their Solution and AMAX intrusion alarm system from their mobile device. The app supports the intrusion alarm systems: Solution 2000, Solution 2100, Solution 3000, Solution 3100, Solution 4000, AMAX 2100, AMAX 3000 and AMAX 4000.

One of the worst apps I have ever used. It works for a few days then it stops sending any notifications, not even when I arm/disarm the alarm... recently it wouldn't connect to the panel at all. I had to switch off the power and disconnect the battery and internet, and reconnect them to work. Then, i had to call someone to fix the errors on the keypad.. it worked for a week, then it stopped again. Additionally, It takes forever to load. FIX YOUR APP before it's too late

Would you please have a look at notifications. Since June there is a delay in receiving push notifications. That is, if the phone is locked and idle it can be up to 5 minutes or more before the notification arrives but if during that time you unlock the phone the notification comes through immediately. It's like the notification isn't waking up the phone properly. Update: It's been over a year since the problem of notification delays first started. Still not working properly.

Clunky, slow, and outdated You have to login each time & being able to get past the login screen & into the app takes 5+ seconds every time, making it inconvenient No support for biometric login Using the device back button returns you to the login screen, no matter where you were in the app, so you are forced to use the app navigation menu If you use the device back button, cannot login without first force quitting the app. App will timeout but not logout, so you have to force quit and login
