Ratings and reviews

Paid for lifetime membership which was working OK for a while, then all of a sudden they're asking for more money. Contacted then to resolve and first they send you auto responses that doesn't answer or resolve the issue. Contact them again for a resolution and also chase them, but no responses at all!! Looking to report this app. *Additional Info* Read further reviews and you see it's happened to quite a few people. BE WARNED!!!

I purchased the lifetime subscription in 2022, recently they kicked me out of the subscription without notice. I contacted the customer support and sent them the original receipt of purchase. I haven't heard anything from them. Apparently, seeing recent reviews, I'm not the only one. I hope they fix this issue or I'll be demanding my money back. This is not how you treat those who supported this app at its beginning. update 20/10 They haven't replied yet to any of my emails.

I paid for a full lifetime subscription, and they cancelled it without warning. I’ve contacted them multiple times, but they refuse to respond. They posted instructions to restore the purchase, but none of them worked. There’s zero support, zero accountability. Save your money — this is a scammy setup.
