Total rubbish ! Last year it was OK, but less functionality than previous years. Winter 2024, it tells me I have to update it. I do & it is uselss ! The bus interactive service is the best example. It is supposed to show you where the buses are real-time. Instead, you get a map of Paris. PARIS FFS ! doesn't anyone developing this software even TRY to open it to see what it does? I can't sign in, as it doesn't recognise my email...the same email as last year !! Just DREADFUL !!!

Please put the app back to the way it was. It is awful that you can't filter the map better (for example to only show lifts), instead it's a cluttered mess that I definitely won't be inticed to use. You also can't download the map anymore either. It is no longer as user friendly. Haven't you guys heard of 'if it's not broke don't fix it'?

A new app, a new disappointment. The 3 Vallées has provides another poor app. An exemple: l am logged in, but when I want purchase a pass, it no longer recognise me. The liberty pasd is shown, but it doesn't say that it is an online option only. You can't buy it at the counters (why?). The process is cumbersome. There is a shopping cart, but how do you access it? A simple icon would suffice. Password recovery is also a failure. It says it will send a link, but it doesn't.

Hello Fulvio, what is currently displayed in the app is the website of the lift operator. A more user friendly version will be included in the app soon. That being said the the 3 Vallées Liberté pass will not be for sale : only 1, 2 and 6 days. This is what 95% of what user search for. We will however take this into account for future developments.
