If a zero-star rating were an option, I would select it. The application does not provide a cancellation feature. I sent multiple emails to all available addresses to cancel my subscription prior to its renewal date but received no response. However, the company continued to process charges without issue. I have initiated a dispute with PayPal, and I am still awaiting their response. The entire system appears to be misleading. ***I strongly advise against subscribing.***

zero stars. There is no option to cancel in the app. I emailed them to cancel two days before it was set to renew and no response. they didnt have a problem to continue the charge though. finally when i put in a dispute with Paypal they respond to say that i need to cancel yhe automatic payment in paypal not their app. i still dont have confirmation of a cancelation. their whole setup is misleading. DONT SIGN UP. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!! ITS A SCAM! They have made it impossible to cancel. When you click Active vip it take you to subscription details where there is a quick cancel subscription option but quickly disappears to an email address to request cancelation. DON'T DO IT!
