docu tools is your reliable solution for digital construction documentation and efficient project communication. Work directly on your digital plans – anytime, anywhere, and even without an internet connection. Place Pins, add photos, data, notes, and tasks, and synchronize your projects automatically once the connection is restored.

The tablet app is designed specifically for on-site use. It combines all key features to document progress, defects, or additional work in a structured and traceable way. Organize your plans digitally, record defects, track performance and progress, assign tasks, and always keep an overview of open and completed items.

Synchronization runs automatically in the background, so you can continue working without interruption. Once completed, all recorded data is instantly available to your entire team and can be fully viewed and exported as reports in the web app. docu tools connects the office and the construction site into one transparent and reliable work environment. Collaborate in teams, manage permissions, and invite external subcontractors free of charge. The app is available in over 20 languages and fully compliant with GDPR – for secure, clear, and consistent project documentation.
