Ratings and reviews

Our daycare switched us to Lillio after Procare and we hate it. When educators add updates or information, they aren’t sorted by the actual time of the event, but by when the educator entered the data. Photos are displayed as a collage, and if you want to download them in normal resolution you have to pay. Also, for some reason there is no way to see info only from our current provider, we see info from our previous daycare provider too, and it's all on the same page. I absolutely hate this app!

very slow in loading and sending messages. didn't matter what type of phone it is, iPhone or Pixel. this should be the server issues that take a long time to pull the information. it's just a simple app with no heavy loaded computation but works very slow.

Fun to see, via posted pictures, what the kids (and my granddaughter) are doing daily...usually having a great time while learning, doing activities, and socializing with others. Facility and staff offered a welcoming environment.
