The app charged me without working properly, and I haven’t received a refund. The system isn’t well synchronised—when it does work, it’s unreliable. It seems to function only when it comes to taking payment, not in actually delivering the service. To make matters worse, the phone number provided doesn’t exist, making it impossible to get in touch for support

I am horrified by the service that this app offers, or should I say DOESN'T offer. It's the 4th time that the machines don't work and I've been paying for a service I don't receive. The service stopped working for days until they "repaired" it but to me it doesn't seem repaired, it seems worse than before. If the problems are not fixed in a timely manner I'll be forced to stop using the service and rely on other companies, despite it doesn't save me from the hassle of doing so

I've paid 15 euro for washes which never happened, and wasted hours loading and unloading machines which magically become out of service for no reason. Haven't been able to wash my clothes for a week now, because apparently the card which I've used for dozens of washes now has the wrong name, and there's no way of checking or adjusting card details within the app. Shockingly awful. Very disappointing that my residence uses such a useless app for the laundromat. Total incompetence.
