Second Life is always wonderful, sometimes weird, and 100% wow-worthy.

Ratings and reviews

It's decent and better than nothing, but here in the past month when logging in, it'll consistently pop up with close app or wait b/c it's buffering or doing whatever it does. The transparency is a pain, sitting on stuff but not being able to access the anims menu, and not being able to just stand, you have to fly? Ridiculous. It's basically a chat program that lets you see stuff. I miss Lumiya.

It's... a start? Graphics wise it actually looks alright (though it loads pretty slowly), and it's nice to be able to even access the grid on my phone at all, but no inventory, hud, or building support, as well as clunky controls (as well as clunkiness all around) is a huge turn off. I mainly downloaded it to try and pay rents and a fee for an event I'm in since I can't access my laptop right now, but it looks like the app can't even let me do that. Hope these get worked on soon!

Moving around is clunky... very hard to steer. My body still doesn't load in all the way 9 times out of 10. If I sit on something, I can't leave sit. For the last week when attempting to log in, it just sits on a black screen with the grey loading circle forever. I would say that inventory access would be great, but I feel like the other stuff is more important right now.

What’s new

Working to make avatar loading play nicely with other features of the app, including:
- Change to loading priority - reduce priority for other avatars, maintain priority for your avatar!
- Silhouetted avatars now have a total maximum time of 15s before showing avatar
Support for llPreloadSound, llTriggerSound
App setting changes will no longer reset when updating the app (Production only)
