No English version, requires certain spain/local specific information that is not possible to provide as a foreigner, which I suspect is the reason it was not possible to add my credit card, however there was no clear error message other than incorrect "datos" before I could even enter my card details.

Horrible app. Tryjng to add a payment card and it charges you the 0.1 EUR but then on the app it says failed adding the card .....failed adding it to the but the payment work fine isn't it ?? Every time trying to add a card it charges you.....good way of making money for nothing !!!

for some reason I can't register with my Portuguese ID card. And neither the app developer nor EDP MoveOn reply to the support query. Has anyone from outside Spain succeeded in registering in this APP ?
