Ratings and reviews

Lousy application. Payments made through the app doesn't update immediately. It supposedly takes 5-10 mins but end up took more than that. The application is also not user friendly as it needs to be logged in each time when trying to check the status.

What is the point of a post office app that doesn't have the facility to generate postage labels? Totally useless. I wasted my time trying to create shipping labels at home and when I went to the post office she directed me to a totally different website with no phone optimization. The Malaysian post app makes this look like a prototype.

I turned on the push notifications to track my parcels but I never got any. The interface when switching between the parcel tracking page and the main page is very badly done. I had to quit the whole app to go back to the main menu. I have two parcels to track and I can't even go back to the list of tracking numbers that I've entered. Same thing, had to quit the app.
