When I tried to add the Amazon Flex option, it wasn't available. When I discussed the issue with the agent, they transferred it to another colleague, who then claimed they were too busy to handle it all day. The funny thing is, they abandoned the customer's issue at the end of the day, and then ignored it the next day, with absolutely no intention of following up. I tried to cancel my policy and repurchase it, but the app won't let me...

I was over charged for my three amazon flex shifts, I initiated a chat and after sharing the screenshot evidence from flex app I was told that the relevant team ha been notified and they will get bacck. waited for few days but nothing, so I contact again and I was told to email the all whoch I did and waited for another period but unfortunately no reply. since then I can't chat with a human agent but only bot

UI is very poor it appears it isnt supported for devices with a large screen. it doesnt let you enter anything as the keyboard to type any entry is below the screen and there's no way to bring up the keyboard. terrible terrible terrible. I am using device Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and also my older device Samsug Note 9. please fix this so I can get a quote
