worked for about 3 weeks, then it abruptly stopped working on the 1st of the month. cannot log any data from the inverter to the API. cannot make any technical support request, as it requires an address in China, but i am not based there.

Useless app and service. The system is buggy and unreliable. The service even less.

Works okay once the tedious setup is done. Still waiting for the solution to unlock 800 watts on my inverter Edit: even after the latest update 1.0.4 I cannot upgrade my MS2000 to 800 watts. Remote Control tab shows no batch commands whatsoever
