Ratings and reviews

Purchased two devices for checking water leaks. Though the connection is good, and the software senses the signals, it does not do a good job of making me aware of it. Notification sound is weak and cannot be changed. It would be better if it had alarm status, so it can get through when other notifications cannot (like in do not disturb mode). In my opinion, the hardware is great, but the software is greatly lacking.

The new app version is sleek, and operability of surveillance devices seems flawless and finally more reliable than under all previous versions, so far. After years of intermittingly poor connectivity, there have been apparent upgrades of the company's servers, too.

Worked fine for a while, but about 2 months ago push notifications just stopped working. I tried updating the app, removing and reinstalling, checked any possible setting, and nothing. The app is essentially useless in my phone
