Generally I think the app is well put together it feels good, is responsive and the UI is clear and relatively easy to understand most of the time. I rarely encounter any bugs and when I do they are always remedied by an easy reinstall. My only real complaint is sometimes it can be difficult to search or navigate through the products that are on star offer for items you're actually interested in. Would like to see a dark mode too.

This is a pain in the rear end. A simple card would suffice as what about the people who do not have a smart phone and cannot partake, discriminatory. The app disappeared from my phone and I reinstalled in and now it tells me that my email or password is incorrect. Tried to get a new password which asda said they have sent, well there is no password so as far as I am concerned this app is not worth the stress and I have now lost too many points through it not scanning or working properly.

Error with the app not logging my cash bonuses. The amount goes up that I spend in the boost, but no balance changes. This has been like that for a few weeks now. I had a message to say that it was still being added just a delay in processing but that message is no longer there, and now it's sick on the same balance it has been for weeks 😞
