The app, tells me my device is rooted, although it isn't. Have a recent model phone running Android 8. This hasn't been fixed in the January update.
Ok. But this app should absolutely tell you when you are entitled to a customer charter refund and allow you to submit it for action. Tfl do not make this any where near easy enough for customers.
It's ok but as I'm a contactless user its no longer relevant to me it would be nice to see my journey history on the app.
Using on Galaxy Note 8, always asks me to sign in, after signing in, it doesn't show my Oyster card that's already registered.
My phone is not rooted, it just has a custom ROM. All my banking apps work. Get you act together TFL; sort it out!
Looks good, but still rather basic - it would be good to be able to view your journey history organised into graphs for example, showing spending trends over the previous months/weeks. Currently it's just a list of journeys taken.
Fix to push notifications which was stopping some users from receiving low balance alerts.
