L'analyse morpho est rapide et facile, on découvre ses points forts et points faibles. Ensuite on peut adapter ses exos et son programme à sa génétique. On peut aussi croiser sa morpho et son sport pour créer un programme sur mesure. Ça me surprend pas que les plus grosses têtes du fitness recommandent cette appli.

L'adaptation des programmes est très bien. Seul bémol sur l'IA obligatoire pour mesurer les os. Plusieurs prises exactement au même endroit, avec de légères variations d'angles, et toutes les longueurs changent de plusieurs cm. Un coup les épaules étroites, un coup les épaules larges, un coup les jambes longues, un coup les jambes courtes etc... Et des variations importantes (20%) vs mesures avec un mètre ruban. Il faudrait mettre une option pour accepter la mesure manuelle
