A number of bugs. (These things aren't an issue on the browser site, only on this app). 1) Does not let you add a bank manually when your sort code doesn't work because the 'add manually' button just takes you to the previous page. 2) No option to buy connects and do the payment, the only thing you see is a promo code box with 'apply code' or something below it. The payment section is missing. 3) Generally slow and doesn't register clicks especially when you try to click on your profile.

The UI and UX is good, I can happily navigate the app. Slightly annoying the app is buggy and takes long times to load messages etc. But it's OK, it's limited in terms of what you can do on a desktop but it's good if your on the go. Upwork has a connects system which means you have to spend money to buy new connects to bid on jobs. It's a good idea, it stops spammers and people bidding on jobs they don't actually want to do.

Great site and service. Terrible mobile application, I've used one multiple devices in multiple regions and I've experienced the same issues since launch - blank white screens when switching to the message tabs, multiple and never ending authentication push notificatikn time outs after 5 seconds, inaccurate/outdated push notifications and the most recent is that messages will not update - the notification will appear but all of my messages are hours behind. I suspect all these issues are linked
