I've taken passport/ID photos previously with no problems. I tried to take a passport photo with this app and was told 'face too close' each time. I tried many times to take a photo with same result each time. I gave up and uninstalled the app. Shame as seems a brilliant idea - if it worked! *UPDATE* I was asked to get someone to help me take a photo. 🙄 I was taking a photo of my husband from distances of 3ft to 12ft. I even took a photo of our settee and app still said 'face too close'!

I was a bit dubious at first about using this app for my driving licence photo, but after following the tips and guidelines on how to create a successful photo it was all done within minutes, the staff verifies the photo is usable and you can either have it posted or emailed to you. I didn't even have to leave the comfort of my own home which is an added bonus. Definitely recommend!!

Not a good app, they show you one picture frame when taking the picture, then a whole extended one when they process it, with babies not easy to have them in perfect position like adults, and it is not required either. Waste of 6 pounds. The picture was perfect on original then refused cuz other body parts are showing. They were not in frame when I took the picture!!!! I understand my hand can not be in the picture, but it was not in the frame or preview when I took it, plus UK law is different.
