Ratings and reviews

Handy, but there's room for improvement. It would be better if there was a way to link it to a desktop to be able to work from both devices. It gets a bit tiring to have to maximise and minimise to fill all your documents online. It's good for temperature input, but if you need to fill in procedures, you need more time with the documents and be able to fully focus on what you are doing while seeing the whole page. Doing it on a mobile just isn't very effective and takes loads of your energy.

I had high hopes for this but it kept deleting my data and the customer service wasn't very helpful. I ended up going back to manual. The app definitely has potential but needs some proper fine tuning - the zooming in and out of sheets is awkward, no sync between phone and computer...also, I would really appreciate a pop-up reminder option for temperature checks which is what made me interested in looking for an app in the first place.

edited review: so i originally gave this app 5 star. I am dropping this to 2 star. the app deletes your data when you save daily dairy after you're temp data. this only seems to happen when you finalise at EOD. ive reported it and worked with them to find a solution for a few weeks but still doesn't work. no point wasting your time inputting data if it doesn't save which to me is basic. to be told well its ok as you technically don't have to record these thing isnt the answer i want to hear
