Ratings and reviews

Used to be an okay app, easy to use, very basic features but more than enough for casual use. Now it doesn't work. I've been stuck in a constant state of "waiting for network" and "decrypting messages" for the past week. I already wasn't as keen on the new version compared to the last one I had installed (about two years ago), and if this bug isn't fixed soon, I'll be uninstalling.

I could put up with the messages occasionally not sending for no reason, but now the notifications for the messages have just stopped. You don't even know someone messaged you until you decide to open the program again and it's like "surprise! Messages for you after all!" Same with calling, that just frequently refuses to connect or even show until you close the whole program and reopen it (sometimes having to do this several times). Tried the suggestions, none worked, switched to Telegram.

Glitchy AF! Some messages/pictures never arrive for some group members. Comparing screen shots of the message history shows that this happens a lot! Makes group chat very disjointed and hard to follow. Often get 'you cannot see this message' when someone is replying/quoting another user. Often freezes /crashes. Username & profile picture updates sometimes slow (or never) to update on other people's views. Help isn't helpful!
